The Bargad Fellowship
कार्यक्रम दो हिस्सों में विभाजित है।
पहले हिस्से में 3 टीचिंग यूनिट्स के दौरान गहन स्टूडियो ट्रेनिंग होगी, जहाँ फ़ेलोज़ विभिन्न प्रस्तुति शैलियों, तकनीकों और रचनात्मक तरीकों से रूबरू होकर अपनी कला को निखारेंगे।
कार्यक्रम का दूसरा हिस्सा परफ़ॉर्मेंस क्रिएशन को समर्पित होगा, जहाँ फ़ेलोज़ को थिएटर के विभिन्न एक्सपर्ट्स और मेंटर्स का मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा। इस दौरान वे अपनी अंतिम प्रस्तुतियों का सृजन, रिहर्सल और प्रदर्शन करेंगे।
कार्यक्रम का समापन इरशाद’ के साथ होगा - बरगद की अंतिम प्रस्तुतियों का प्रदर्शन, जिसे नई दिल्ली के एक थिएटर स्पेस में दर्शकों के साथ साझा किया जाएगा।
पूरी फ़ेलोशिप के दौरान, हर वीकेंड फ़ेलोज़ को अपनी कला को और गहराई से समझने और थिएटर की अलग-अलग प्रक्रियाओं से सीखने का मौका मिलेगा। इनमें डिवाइज़िंग लैब्स, गेस्ट टॉक्स, परफ़ॉर्मेंस व्यूइंग्स और कई दूसरी गतिविधियाँ शामिल होंगी।

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The programme is divided into 2 parts: The first covers rigorous studio training over 3 teaching units where fellows work to refine their skills through exposure to diverse performance styles, techniques, and creation methods.
The second part of the programme is dedicated to performance creation where students, mentored by industry professionals, will devise, rehearse, and perform their final pieces.
The Programme culminates in Irshad, Bargad’s final production showcase, shared with audiences at a professional theatre venue in New Delhi.
Throughout the Fellowship, weekends are dedicated to expanding students’ craft and exposure to theatre practice through Devising Labs, Guest Lectures, Performance Viewings, and more!
