कोर्स पूरा होने के बाद भी हमारा साथ फेलोज़ के साथ बना रहता है। हम उन्हें प्रदर्शन कलाओं की दुनिया मे ं आगे बढ़ने के लिए सहयोग देते हैं - चाहे वह प्रोजेक्ट्स पर मार्गदर्शन हो, नए संपर्क और नेटवर्क बनाने के अवसर, मेंटरशिप का सहारा, या फिर नए काम को शुरू करने के लिए छोटे ग्रांट्स।
Our commitment to our fellows doesn’t end with the course. We provide a strong support structure to help them continue pursuing opportunities in the performing arts. This includes guidance for independent projects, networking and mentorship support, access to performance-making grants.

POST PROGRAMME INITIATIVES
बरगद का चबूतरा - एक सांझा, रचनात्मक मंच है जहाँ बरगद फेलोज़, आगाज़ रिपर्टरी के साथी और दूसरे सहयोगी साथ आकर अन्वेषण कर सकते हैं और कुछ नया रच सकते हैं। यह मंच पास आउट हुए फेलोज़ को मार्गदर्शन और संसाधनों के ज़रिए अपने विचारों को आकार देने का मौका देता है। इस प्रक्रिया के अंत में, कुछ चुनी हुई प्रस्तुतियों को ग्रांट के सहारे आगे विकसित किया जाएगा ताकि वे दिल्ली में मंच पर पेश की जा सकें।
BARGAD KA CHABUTRA - a shared space for Bargad Fellows, Aagaaz Repertory members, and other collaborators to come together, experiment, and create. It is designed to support the development of original or ongoing theatre work, while giving graduating fellows continued access to space, mentors, and resources to bring bold new ideas to life. Participants will also have the chance to apply for a grant, with selected work supported towards the production of a full performance in Delhi.
बरगद मास्टरक्लास सीरीज़ - हमारे पास-आउट फेलोज़ और आगाज़ रिपर्टरी के सहयोगियों को थिएटर की ज़रूरी और विशेष स्किल्स सीखने का अवसर देती है। इन वर्कशॉप्स में वर्कशॉप फ़ैसिलिटेशन, लाइट डिज़ाइन और ऑपरेशन से लेकर परफ़ॉर्मेंस ग्रांट के लिए आवेदन करने तक की अहम जानकारी और तालीम प्राप्त की जा सकती है। इस सीरीज़ का मक़सद है फेलोज़ की थिएटर यात्रा को आगे बढ़ाना, उनकी स्किल्स को निखारना, और सीखने के इस सफ़र को जारी रखना।
BARGAD MASTERCLASS SERIES - brings together graduated Bargad Fellows and Members of the Aagaaz Repertory to participate in intensive workshops across different specialised skillsets within theatre and performance. From Workshop Facilitation, to Light Design and Operation, and even learning how to apply for performance grants, the Masterclass Series aims to continue to support our Fellows’ theatre journey by creating spaces to hone their skills and develop their practice.
